Filing a Takedown Notice

2. Identification of the infringing material — the specific URL(s) on coloringpageprintable.com/ where the material you claim is infringing can be found.

Filing a Counter-Notice

If you believe your material was removed by mistake or misidentification, you may send a counter-notice to hello@coloringpageprintable.com containing:

1. Identification of the removed material and its former location on the site
2. A statement, under penalty of perjury, that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed due to mistake or misidentification
3. Your name, address, telephone number, and email address
4. A statement consenting to the jurisdiction of the federal court in your district (or, if outside the United States, any judicial district where the service provider may be found)
5. Your physical or electronic signature

We will forward valid counter-notices to the original complainant.

Repeat Infringers

We may terminate or restrict access for users who are found to be repeat infringers, in appropriate circumstances.
